Prices, Payment and Delivery.
All prices are in USD and ALL taxes are included. Listed prices are subject to change without further notice. There will be no supplementary charges. The payments process and all payments are processed by third parties, 2Checkout.com, Inc. Orders not followed immediately by payment will be erased from the system and are not the subject of any commercial commitment.
When paying completely, the client will receive an eMail with the download link after the transaction was validated (if they are no problems this process should take only a couple of minutes). If you encounter any problems in receiving this eMail, please contact us thru eMail or Forum and provide us the order number.
When customers have problem on download file, such as corrupt file; or items not as described, JOOEXT will refund within 48h.
Offers. The quotes inluded in our offers for custom work are valid for 24 hours if there is no other stipulation because of the constant price-offer optimization. Timeframes are aproximative, since they may vary due to the clients feedback.
Warranty and Support
We guarentee that our products match their described features. We are not liable when our products may not function properly due to any particular system configuration, but we are trying to solve all the problems. So please do not hesitate to contact us. Please note that we are trying to answer as soon as possible, but take also under consideration our time zone (GMT+7) and working days. Support does not include questions regarding the code, how to customize it or further development plans.
Updates for commercial Products.
After acquiring one product, the customer will receive for free the next minor version releases till the next major version will be released. In case that after acquiring the product, a major version will be released or no other (minor or major), the initial product is sold as presented with no further bonds.
Please note that if any updates will be released, they will come as they are and only in special cases an upgrade script will be released. In cases of abuse the license will be revoked immediately and no further updates will be distributed. Customized Versions are build on existing versions and are NOT the subject of any update. Non-commercial products are also distributed as presented and are also not the subject of updates.

The customer can modify them to match his purpose, but not further distribute or sell them in any form. Also, the partial use of the code in other components or projects is strictly prohibited. Exclusive "Intellectual Property" Rights are under complete ownership of SKEPSIS Consult.

From time to time it's possible that we are gonna inform you on different issues. If you don't want to receive our informations then please let us know and we will delete your membership accout.
